Refund and Exchange

Refund and Exchange Policy

  1. Items purchased at Warda E-Store can be exchanged from Warda E-Store and Warda Retail Outlets within 15 days from the date of purchase. Invoice / bill number must be shown at the time of exchange.
  2. Refund / replacement / return of items can only be entertained only if you receive order with items having manufacturing defect, incorrect size / style or damaged then you can return it to Warda head office for replacement / return / refund immediately after receiving. Prior to shipping the return to Warda, you will need to inform us within 48 hours starting from when you received the order by hand, by calling Customer Service Department  +92 305 2222627 or emailing at cs@warda.com.pk for the replacement / return / refund to be processed. If approved, you may ship your item to Warda for refund / replacement / return.
  3. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our warehouse and if we found that the articles are washed, used, damaged or not in original state then we will not consider the item for return / replace / refund / exchange.
  4. We will not consider the refund / replacement / return if customer sends it without notifying Warda E-Store by calling and by sending an e-mail to the Customer Services.
  5. The items should be in their original packing with tags intact for return / replacement / refund / exchange to be processed.
  6. Customer will have to bear the shipment charges in case of return.
  7. Sale items cannot be refunded / exchanged / replaced / returned.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. We are unable to cater the cancelation request, once the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information via email. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. Warda may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons includes:

  1. The item is out of stock
  2. Pricing errors
  3. Miscellaneous

Lost Shipment Policy

  1. Shipment will be considered lost if the customer does not receive it within 20 days from date of dispatch and our courier service has no record regarding its receiving.
  2. In case of Lost shipment customer must acknowledge via email with complete order detail.
  3. We will set an inquiry regarding your claim.
  4. If after inquiry it is confirmed that your claim is justified then we will resend the required order.
